Guest guest
Wow, Tonia, that's great news. Hopefully, you'll find that with Gene working, it relieves some of the financial stress, and you'll actually feel better. Stress is a bad thing. Now that spring is coming (yeah, right, it was 14 degrees here this AM - all the way up to 22 now), that should help you feel better too and hopefully, you'll be able to manage more easily without Gene there. And, the girls are getting old enough to have chores... get them doing a little something every day, take a little more of the burden off yourself. I have an old cell phone I can send to you if you decide you need for Gene to have one. You'll just have to get the service, then. Let me know. Guest guest
OH Tonia, This is the best news I have heard from you in such a long time. I am so happy for you and Gene. And I am sure you are happy that he will be out of the house and your hair, LOL If you have too, get one of those calling cards and only use it when you have to call Gene. That should be easy enough. They only cost 10.00 and you get a lot of time on them. Well, here in Jersey you do. Girl this is really great news and I needed to here some. Things have been really hectic around here, with me packing, getting everything ready for the movers on the 30th. We will be out of my house that afternoon but I will still be able to check mail and stuff while at my friends house, and its only for two weeks so it shouldn't be too bad. These are the same friends we went to Florida with so I look at it, like another vacation, minus the warmth, and rides, and of course Mickey Mouse LOL But its a roof over my head and we won't have to pay for a motel. Good news from my end too, My Social Security Disability checks will be starting back up again, so my first check will be on my birthday. And I received an increase. Boy Joe and I can really use that extra 500.00 a month now. So I guess when something bad happens, something good takes its place right?? Talk to you soon and again CONGRATS!!!!!!! a ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
Guest guest
Tonia, Congratulations about the job, that is great! It will be an adjustment for you not having him there though, I know. Some things will be difficult but I found that I've subconsciously changed the way I do certain things so as not to hurt myself. My boyfriend lived with me for a year and he had odd work hours, so I had him here to help me alot, it is hard now that we broke up but you'll make it. You know so much more about this disease and seem like a really strong person...if I can do it I Know you can!! I'll keep my fingers crossed that he will be able to take you to your doctors - hope you had a great day! Lori
