Eating almost the same thing everyday, the stix have changed from trace to large,(2nd large from end the almost darkest purple) I haven't swayed from the diet at all and feel that maybe I didn't even get the full 20 in a day. I really haven't been hungry and I'm loving it. I'm so used to feeding that always hungry feeling I've always had. This has been great!! I've got a whole other person to lose and if I could lose 2lbs aweek I figure I'll reach goal in about 18 long months. (Oh sigh, woe is me) The body builders you talked about seem to be setting themselves up for a tremendous amount of problems as they get older. I think once the fluid gets in those cells that they will return there. I've had a fluid retention problem for years. Its turned into edema and its a scarry thing. About Dennis, I thought he was a diabetic already. Thats why I wrote him a lenghty letter. I'm not sure how the surgar thing works but understand the symptoms are the same as a hypoglycemic. Coma and all. He really by all means should be under a dr.s care.I dertainly wish him the best and want him to keep in touch.
