Guest guest
Welcome to all the new list members! Hello -- I was hoping Dr. Trentham would be more helpful to you. He is a researcher. I live about 70 miles from Boston and my rheumi knows him well. He finds Trentham " a bit crazy " and he did say Trentham does research! He isn't your usual GP. What is Immuno A Adsorption? Is that given by IV drip??? I ask because my friend just went to a convention for IV therapy in Boston last week and she mentioned a new IV treatment for autoimmune diseases but I can't remember what she called it. Hang in there and hopefully your regular doc will seek out another opinion to give you a better plan of action. The travel and the stress of these doctor visits are especially hard on you. I worry you may need lots of bed rest and let the meds take full effect. Be kind to yourself. Take care and think positive thoughts!!!!! You will get through this. You are in my daily prayers. Sue P -- Welcome and I noticed you are on Artho 7. Who put you on this ??? A doctor?? Our group talked about this last summer. My aunt thought I should take it but I decided not to. I would love to hear how is is helping you. To -- regarding your high blood pressure -- check with your doc -- I developed high blood pressure with certain combinations of medications. It took the docs a few weeks to figure out what was going on. Have a wonderful weekend! Cheryl L. (Litchfield, NH)
