Kirstie:

Doesn't the tuna contain soy?

A. - who's just being bitter because she wasn't good and ate 1/4 cup

peanuts and a cheddar cheese stick for dinner. (just couldn't make it

through the meeting)

Thanks Kirstie, your tuna idea gave me a nice soup.

Left over from lunch,1 cup of brocolie, cauliflower with its own 1/2 cup

juice, 1 can tuna, drain, 1/4 cup cream cheese, 1 or 2 tbsp grated cheddar,

dry onion, 1/4 cup white dry wine, salt & pepper, parsley. Different but was

goodddd.
