Guest guest
Hello and many thanks to everyone who had the courage to welcome me (you may live to regret it). If I'd known that you would all see my bio I would have tried to write something intelligent! Tomorrow my ophthalmologist is back from service in East Timor and I'm hoping he can tell me why my eyes have gone so bad. I am wondering if anyone else out there has ever suffered from papilloedema???? I had it at 20 (I'm now 28) and it was caused by all my zillions of brain and spinal tumours secreting proteins which clogged up around the optic nerves. I had to have two optic nerve fenestrations to fix it. So I am just curious as to whether this is common in NF2 or if I really am as special as I think I am (hee hee). Best wishes from Emese (it's pronounced "emmasha" just to be difficult) and Marvin the Wonder Dog. P.S. Jimmy you're a riot and I sure do hope you're coming to the Oz Adventure
