You don't need a doctor to up your dose. Order some.

Hi, Debbie,

Make sure you take care of yourself! Get to your doctor about this. I don't know

how old you are.

But are you familiar with estrogen dominance and progesterone? The progesterone

might be

a help to you. I can send you info, if you'd like.

in Va.

Hi ya'll,

I've been off a couple of months. Been busy with travel, putting up

vegetables etc. This forum is sooooo busy.

The prompt to get me on today is I've discovered a lump in my

breast, about the size of a large grape. I don't think it's a cyst b/c

it is really deep. I am wondering if there is a propensity toward this

with thyroid issues.

BTW, I am not on my optimum dose. I talked the docs into an

increase, but the TSH went down to almost nothing and they have

decreased my meds. I am doing my best to get to another doc.

Blessings,

Debbie K.

hehe...I understand. My husband has come around pretty quickly on

this...even though I have an Rx...he told me to order some extra to make sure I

never

had a problem with running out. I musta been something during those coma-like

hypo months. :)

I'm 48...had a fairly large lump about 10 years ago...had it removed...just a

harmless old lump. It was actually a bit sore...and didn't move around.

I've had some other cysts too...when I was hypo...I think the hypo makes us more

prone to them.

Hi, Debbie,

I hope you can get an earlier appt. I just sent you a few things. Dr. Lee's book

is excellent.

Estrogen can cause growth of tissue and progesterone can halt it. I know I'm

not explaining

it correctly. But I believe Dr. Lee explains it in that book.

in Va.

No I did not know that estrogen dominance can have anything to do

with breast lumps. I guess I may have read that somewhere, but wasn't

concerned about that then. Makes me glad I've been using the

progesterone cream. I will get my " What Your Doctor May Not Tell You

About Menopause " book down and look it up.

If you have any info that is not in the WYDMNTYAM book, I'd be

interested in reading it.

I am calling my doc tomorrow. I meant to call today, but it was a

bad morning. I have a regular annual checkup the end of Aug, but maybe

they will work me in earlier.

Blessings, Debbie K.
