Guest guest Posted August 7, 2004 Report Share Posted August 7, 2004 , This makes me angry too! Did you have pituitary problems too? Or were you just undertreated for thyroid? I was undertreated for 25 years really. On Synthroid all those years. However, there were some improvements at 15 years with an increase to get the TSH lower. I finally stopped using the electric blanket in the winter, and finally began to sweat, finally got oily hair and skin rather than dry. At 25 years, I talked my doctor into Armour and no looking back! in Va. I haven't been active lately as I've been very busy.
