LOL I was reluctant to loan it to my doctor to read!LOL in Va. -- It must be popular, since amazon doesn't have any in used books for sale! I am definitely going to go to the library.... if it is that good, I'll then buy it. or - I can also see if it is at barnes and nobles - and read thru it there. they have chairs to read their books and people do it all of the time! I've never done it before - once, I sat and looked thru a book to see if I wanted to buy it - but I don't go and sit and have cup of coffee and read books. I was thinking....if armour is good, and it is from 'older medicine' then dr. jefferies ideas would most likely be good, in the same way!!
