Guest guest
17 grams for a protein drink is way to high! My protein shake has 0.3 carbs per scoop. You should definitely try to find something under 3-4 carbs per scoop. I'm leery of the search for a low carb bread that's as good as mom's used to be. We've had some members in the past who have had trouble with low carb breads - one slice can lead to another can lead to the whole darned loaf gone before you know it. While Atkins rolls aren't as good as normal bread, at least if you binge on the whole batch, you stay below 5 carbs! Kirstie
Guest guest
I went to a health food store yesterday and the person working there told me that Dr. Atkins has a baked loaf of bread you can buy. Has anyone heard of that or have tried it?? Thanks Laverne think spring

Guest guest
Thanks about the info on the drink, I'll have to see if they'll take it back. Germany is much different than the us in many ways esp. retail. I still would like to *try* to find a bread and maybe do the rolls so, I can try to remain in control BJ > 17 grams for a protein drink is way to high! My protein shake has 0.3 carbs > per scoop.
