Hi all

I have been a memmber of this group for many years but have not

posted in a long while.

I am pregnant with my second child and am due in approx 6 weeks. I

have been suffering with vv for 13 years now. After giving birth to

my first child I developed a bone pain on my left pubic bone as well

as my left labia minora is sorer than the right one (all after giving

birth three and a half years ago). I do not know what had happened

but with my second kid I am wondering if I should have a ceasar,

which quite frankly scares me to death.

I was wondering if anyone of you have had similar experience or at

least experienced ceasar to be able to offer some advice. Left sided

pain since giving birth is usually only felt when I touch it not

otherwise. Only, now during my second pregnancy b/c of the hormones

my left side where the pubic bone is is swolen and that swelling went

down to vuvla and is noticeable more sore than the right side even if

I do not touch it.

My physio thinks that after baby is born I should strenghten my core

muscles and she is hoping that the pain will subside in my pubic bone

(not sure about vulva).

I have to make up my mind about ceasar by Friday and a doctor is

trying to talk me out of it b/c of possible complications. Plus I

get pelvic pain most likely from my weak tummy muscles and poor back

and they think that could get worse after ceasar.

I m in dilema as I am afraid either way I will mess things up even

more.

Any advice or opinion is welcome...

Thank you all

Anja
