Motrin, Advil are safe while nursing.

When I was in the hospital after having they gave Motrin to me and

they knew I was breastfeeding ONLY! And my midwife even prescribed it for me

after I left the hospital.

Jenn,

I take advil which is the same drug as Motrin just different doses. Advil isn't

a problem while breastfeeding.

thanks.. I would hope the dr wouldn't prescribe it to me if it was bad. I

have horrible back aches lately from a car accident a year ago. Thanks for
