Guest guest
I love it roasted but my favorite is steamed until crisp-tender, let cool and dip in RF mayo! Guest guest
I cut up a bunch (depends how much you like----I do lots) of veggies (onions, carrots, red bell peppers, celery, garlic) and saute them in a tiny amount of olive oil and after a while I squeeze on fresh lemon juice. Add broccoli, asparagus, yellow squash, halved grape tomatoes, and any other veggies I have. Saute for a while. I also put in seasonings (fresh ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, chives, whatever else sounds good at the time. When this is all heated I serve it over angel hair pasta and add crab meat, more fresh lemon juice, and a little parmasen cheese. This is sooooo YUMMY!!!
