Guest guest
Well, weigh in went well this morning. I lost 1.6 I tried the spinach pie recipe for dinner. I didn't like it. It wasn't the spinach that I didn't like, it was the texture. To me, it was kind of slimey. I followed the recipe exactly, and the knife came out clean. I don't know what was wrong. We through it into the trash after everyone had a few bites and ended up just eating grilled cheese sandwiches. LOL! It was a lot like quiche, except with spinach. The only difference is, I don't remember quiche being slimey. I'm posting the recipe below if anyone wants to take a look. I can honestly say I won't be adding this recipe to my website. LOL!
