UGGGHHHH I've been trying to sit in front of a fan all day. It's almost 80

here today and very humid. BUT I did manage to get 23.5 mins in on the

treadmill before my baby just wouldn't be quiet and more.

I think it's almost time to put in the air conditioner. ;o(

Out of town! Hmm, I'm sure that between Robin, Kirstie, and I we could

stir things up around here.

soy.... health benefit or a tool of the devil?!?

Methinks miss Robin is acting like a belligerent little low carb girl and

is in need of a good spanking!

That's because they are tall and they just don't know. I'm 5' 5-6 "

inches tall but my husband is 6' 2 " ...I have a heck of a time

keeping up with him even when I'm in good shape. He has to make an effort

to walk slower if we want to be walking together.

Kind of like someone who's always been skinny not understanding why it's

hard to lose weight....

Okay, I finally got through all my emails . . . . and my husband is gone for the evening to Waco to Zack ' induction into the Hall of Fame, so I'm lonesome.

I don't think I can start a ruckus by myself. Any one want to help raise cain while Terry is away? (LOK)

I have done really good on my eating today and I'm really working on my water. I went to Wal Mart today and found the protein drinks by Carb Solutions. I tried the chocolate. I was really surprised, they are quite good. My only thought is that they are really a little too sweet for me. Now I never thought I would say that. This coming from a person that before this WOE could live on sweets alone. But it was very filling. I'm thinking I'll go get some more to keep in the frige at the office. I'm always getting busy and then not having time to get lunch. This would be great. I got some of the power too, but I haven't tried it yet. I hope this isn't one of those YMMV things that will keep me in a stall!!!

But next week, I'm really going to concentrate on just meat and salad and see if I can make a jump start. I've been kind of lax and although staying on this WOE, I'm sure I've been eating more than 20 carbs per day, although I do stay in ketosis all the time.

Anyways, just checking in.

I'm only 5 feet tall, I have to *run* to keep up with a lot of folks... they

just don't understand

how short our legs are.

Okay, LOL, just in case someone hasn't riled Robin up yet:

*******

Well, that just sounds like you Robin, make a committment to start

exercising and then just pawn it off on the first person that come along!

How could you?

*******

Did that work? Don't bother to answer the " How could you? " question because

I know that answer. You did it the same way I would have, with a smile on

your face and joy in your heart! LOL Way to go, girl!

I was so HAPPY when I couldn't go with them anymore! Anyway, it's getting warmer here now and I may have perspired if I kept going.
