Morning - TJ's blueberry bran muffin topper cookie - 2 pts Viactive caramel chew - 0 Midday - 2c salad - 0 Cheese/egg sprinkled on top (less than full servings) - 1 Sprite- 1 Chili 1 c - 5 Cookie - 4.3 (thanks maureen for your help) Evening - 3/4 c green beans - 0 2 c salad - 0 2 t parmesan cheese - 1 2 T FF italian - 0 16 shrimp covered in cajun powder and butter pam cooked on GF - 4 (these were incredible) 1 c Creative Grains - roasted garlic - 3 5 gingersnaps - 3 For a grand total of 24.3 Woooo! Guest guest Posted April 4, 2002 Report Share Posted April 4, 2002 here's mine so far bfast: toast with fruit spread-2 water lunch: grilled cheese-3 chips-1 caff free diet coke-0 dinner- 6 oz cod baked -4 with mushroom and veggies-0 steamed brocolli-0 1 cup rice 4 1 cup ff/sf pudding-3 17 so far, hafta eat at least 20...will have granola bar later for 2, might have a couple of those, they are good for quenching computer munchies and i have alot of email to sift thru, lol kimw Wednesday journal Okay, here it is.
