Guest guest
LOL Actually, I should have phrased that differently. I had called the previous week to get them to write the prescription. But on Friday when we should have picked it up, I had the appt. with the pharmacist an hour away about the hormones. So over the weekend, I just forgot all about the Adderall, especially since I still had pills in my pill box. Every Thursday night, I fill my pill box for the week. So I didn't run out of Adderall until the end of the next week, this past week. Thursday night I realized I didn't have any more. So I called them Friday to make sure the RX was ready. (Don't see why not!) It was, but they were closing early before hubby could pick it up. Believe me, I realized it Friday through Monday! LOL It's true that it didn't help the ADD all that much, but it did give me more alertness and a little energy. in Va. This line: " I had run out of my Adderall (for ADD) and didn't realize it. Guest guest
lol...I was worried after I sent it that it may hurt your feelings...<which wasn't my intention> it just struck me as funny/cute ) Is it an amphetamine? I really don't know much about ADD or ADHD, etc. Bless your heart ) Re: / in Va. > LOL Actually, I should have phrased that differently. Guest guest
Hi, , Oh, no, no, no! LOL That wouldn't hurt my feelings! Yes, it's an amphetamine. I didn't really want to take it but since the doctors didn't want to give me back the Cortef, I had no choice. I can't go on not being about to function. Between the hypothyroidism, depression, narcolepsy, delayed sleep phase syndrome, fibromyalgia, ADD (inattentive type) and menopause, (did I leave anything out? LOL) it gets pretty crazy! I feel like the depression is pretty well taken care of, as well as the fibro, working on the sleep disorders, menopause and it looks like the hormonal thing might take care of the ADD somewhat. So makes me wonder about the hypothyroidism. I was going to try to increase the Armour a little but decided to wait to see what the progesterone does, since that's supposed to affect the thyroid function. It's like working a puzzle. Trouble is, just when you think you're getting somewhere with the puzzle, it gets bigger! LOL (Oops! I did leave out one, adrenal " dysfunction " . How could I leave that out?) I'm sure that's tied in with the delayed sleep phase syndrome. in Va, lol...I was worried after I sent it that it may hurt your feelings...<which wasn't my intention> it just struck me as funny/cute ) Is it an amphetamine?
