As a warning, natral sources of inulin (including jerusalem artichoke

source) contains sugar and FOS; both are problematic to the bowel in

terms of candida and bowel dysbiosis.

Sugar-free, FOS-free inulin is not problematic. It sorts out the gut

bacteria in favour of the good ones.
