I didn't have supper last night because I was totally satisfied from an

early afternoon snack. No hunger at all. I woke up this morning not

hungry. I exercised, house cleaned, ran errands and grocery shopped. Still

no hunger and plenty of energy. I have been drinking plenty of water too.

Any way I know I must eat to lose weight so I did. I had an abundance of

ripe tomatoes so I made a fresh salsa , it is great with the pork rinds. I

have a passion for fried green tomatoes so I altered my recipe a little and

that is what I am having for lunch. I am going to figure out the carb

count on the salsa and green tomatoes and if any one is interested in the

recipes just let me know. Also, I weigh and measure on Mondays , doing on

the first of the week helps me to be good over the weekend. This week I

have really paid attention to adding fat to my meals. I will let you know

Monday morning if I can tell a difference.

I put on a pair of shorts this a.m. and was a little shocked that they were

just a little tight. I wondered what could be going on since I have been

losing pounds and inches pretty well. I thought the shorts were size 14. I

took them off and looked at the size and they were *****size10*******. I

didn't even know I had that size in my drawer. My daughter asked if I

wanted back the size 10 shorts I had given to her. I said YES, for a little

while. I have got to find my size 8 shorts!

I started out weighing myself everyday, but now I think I may just weigh at

the beginning of the week.
