Are you open to having a glass of wine at bedtime? Some of us find it

lowers morning bgs. Any wine will do for the bg effect, red will give

an additional cardiac benefit.

There are many supplements to try, a very much YMMV kind of thing.

The Q10 we have been discussing here to lower bgs and confer all kinds

of other benefits.

Alpha lipoic acid with oil of evening primrose is another.

Then there is l-arginine.

The list goes on, but these would be good to start with because they

have other benefits along with lowering bgs.

However, in order to know what is helping you, you need to add them one

at a time with about a week or two in between. I would try them in the

order listed, starting with wine.

Let us know what you decide to do and how well it works.

Helen

PS There is always medicine/insulin.

I don't care for reds either. Any wine will help lower bgs, red have

other benefits as well. Try a zinfandel, it is less acidic and heavy.

I like Beringer, so far the best low priced wine I have found.
