Guest guest
I have found a great book that has helped my son a bunch with the <f> sound. It is called JUMP, FROG, JUMP by Kalan. It is very repetitive so my son just fills in the words. I always leave a silence around the <f> words (fly, frog, fish, etc). He gets 35 repetitions of the <f> sound from reading the book once (and filling in the silence). I do the <f> hand signal (hold hand next to face with palm facing outward and fingers bent in half) with him as he says the word. When we started I said the word first and he repeated. This is the kid who refused practice of any kind forever! He loves this book. Tricia Illinois mom to (making the <f> sound correctly at the conversational level -- !)
