There was a recipe posted for dessert using pudding, I think it is very high in carbs. Chris

What Sugar Free candy have you found that's low in carbs???? I haven't been able to find any. I even went to the diabetic sweet shop, and they were all relatively high in carbs. Thanks! It says 0 carbs per serving, which means less than .5 carb for a tablespoon, the serving size. Its all in the legal tactics of food labeling. Remember, only if its not pure meat it has carbs. These are called hidden carbs and they add up. carol
Guest guest
Hi Carol...Thanx for the info...I thought the heavy cream I have been putting in my morning tea is a freebie....Guess not...But it fills me up as I'm not much of a breakfast eater..I force myself to sometimes cause I take so many supplements and need food in my tummy...But I could easily skip a morning meal....Oh well, I guess if I have 3 20oz cups of tea and only put 1/2 of heavy cream in each time, I'm only getting 1 1/2 carbs right?........Judi

Guest guest
Judi, there is not much carbs in tea, but there is a trace, so it could add up. I would try to drink extra water (more than 64 oz) to try and flush the tea out, then you can enjoy both!!! Chris
Guest guest
i am like a major league snacker, and used to live on popcorn till atkins...( i still sneak a bag now and then....) but i found that if I have stuff around to eat without really thinking about it, I am better off. I make this mix by the bowl: cubed cheddar cubed mozzarella (0kay i'm spoiled, we make our own so I always have fresh, and that is better than supermarket stuff) slivered london broil cubed grilled or poached chicken boiled eggs, cut into quarters ham, cubed poached asparagus, cut small cooked broccoli cut small cherry or grape tomatoes artichoke hearts sliced mushrooms mix all together with granulated garlic and a little olive oil and you're good to go. i don't make it wet enough so that it can't be finger food, but you could add some vinegar and have a great appetizer good luck all, celia
