I could not take my sister when she died of lung cancer. I had a house full of

kids including raising one grandson and also my mother. It would have killed me

to even try it. I did consider it and I am so glad I thought sensibly for once.

Now I take care of me number one and that is so welcome. Even my husband comes

second and he must take care of himself number one too.

I took my glucophage for the first time and did not get up to potty for the

first time. Is that part of the good sugar control? I was 110 at bedtime and 112

am.
