Dwen,

Take care of yourself. I am single and do my own snow removal when it

comes. After a year like this one, I can really relate to the back

problems. My back would kill after working on the driveway and sidewalks.

I'm sure housecleaning can be equally as bad. Not that I would know, mind

you. LOL

Yep, and darn proud of it too. Remember yesterday when I said I felt

lighter or thinner or something to that effect? Guess I was right, and boy

am I glad I was. As I laid in bed between bouts of boxing the snooze button

I was convincing myself that I really deserved a pizza pocket today if my

weight didn't go down. Well, a half pound is still down, so instead of the

pizza pocket I has a prime rib sandwich, tossed the bun, and a salad for

lunch. It was heavenly and all so legal. Yeah, I made it through another

meal, and so far another day, without cheating. One meal at a time, that's

my motto!

Thanks for noticing again Laverne, you are so good for my ego and keeping me

legal.

Although I am new here, I have to agree with you Wally. This group

is my pillar of strength and guidance. I was also a silent observer

for quite some time, before I finally " checked " in. I am so glad I

did and happy to be here. Oh, and by the way, I always thought West

Virginia was God's Country. Just kiddin' ya - I saw that phrase on

your profile and couldn't resist.

God Bless,

promising new year. But as the year winds to a close and new one is

poised to begin its race. I wanted to say thank you to all of you.

Each and every one of you are pillars of strength, guidance, example

and love, that I have turned too, mostly in silent observation.

for thought and sometimes a good ol' giggle. Thank you again.

Christmas was again a hit. Corbin got the gifts, I got hit with the

bills. Hardy har har. So, in closing, Happy New Year to all of

you. Keep your head up, back straight and don't give in. 'Cause I
