Thanks Dee,

ANtibiotics always put me over the edge. But I never did long term low dose ones. Only powerful ones that caused my skin to swell. Yes, from all the reading I have done too it seems like pathogens are the root of many diseases. I think that is why cleansing of the body seems to help so many conditions and why the naturopathic approach works for so many. I just think whatever I have is pretty powerful.

As an aside, I just came back from the dentist to have my teeth cleaned and my gums throb. They are totally inflammed and bleed like crazy as they pick away. It seems like something is wrong with my mucous membranes. They actually look healthy when they are not inflammed after the hygenists uses that dreadful pick and the dentist doesn't see any mucous skin problem. But it is like I have a systemic problem along with all of th PT issues that makes my mucous membrane so easlily inflammed with any slight trauma.

SInce Pam wants me to consider low dose antibiotics, I will. Several naturopaths actually recommended it after doing kinesiology and seeing my wacky lab results of the Lyme Test.

Thanks again,

HI Sandi , ;)Hon 'especially' after having a Lyme Disease test show that. WOW... wouldn't that be something if that is the root of most of your problems? *sigh* and yes it sure is an antibiotic that's used for that. The sooner the better, *sigh* I know that the common 'bullseye' rash isn't always necessary either and many people think they've never been bitten either.

Also over time, as the untreated Lyme Disease percolates and brews *sigh* the symptoms build up to the burgeoning clinical picture until a big multi complex problem is created. Other patients can have their many symptoms develop in the manner of an avalanche and hit all at once.

By the way for those who aren't aware of that disease it's usually caused by a Tick bite and one you may not even be aware that you've had. A bug called Borrelia burgdorferi.

Here's a quote from one source I have from a doctor D. Bleiweiss, a specialist in it. "Females experience an exacerbation of their Lyme Disease symptoms before or during their menses, while pregnant and with oral contraceptive hormones." So you just never know. *sigh*

By the way there are articles that some feel lyme disease 'may' be connected to LS as well as the Bells Palsy and why I do know a lot about it. Although with the LS it's not suspected in the USA but is in other countries.

Good luck hon and in a small tiny way I hope it is that so that at least you can get on the right treatments and if it is get some remission.

Hugs

Dee~
