They were great - most I met today for the first time. I'm stuffed. Our weather today was sunny, crisp - COLD. A lovely day. Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 Hi Joy! Good you had lots of goodies and how nice to meet more family. Our dinner was unfortunately, a bust. We went to this great place noted for a great t-day dinner. Family style. $25 a pop!! Even for a 10 year old. We were told we could take the leftovers home.... We were served food for approx. 4 and there were 7 of us. We had to ask for more food on two occasions. It was embarrassing for the younger ones, so mama did the requesting. I was nice now! When the additional food came it was too late, we had pretty well eaten what we could find on the table...not all liked the roast pork...we all wanted turkey of which so little was served. We decided we won't "go out" again for t-day. Home is the only place to be. Home now means at Lysa's home and she didn't want to cook. Anyway, we were together and that we enjoyed .
