One more link about accutane where a derm says it can be beneficial for 'some' patients and doesn't want it taken off the market, but does agree to the potential side effects as well.

Hi Dee,

THANKS, this looks pretty scary. Perhaps there is something else I can do to try to stop the excessive sebum and white heads down there.
