Do you keep it refrigerated at all times?

If you don't, then I can understand the 28 day limit. I only take mine

out to inject and then back to the fridge. I have never seen a problem

with the insulin going bad.

hi

i store my lantus in its original box bearing manufacturers use before date in

the fridge.i only remove one vial at a time and as i use 48 units daily this

only does me 6 days.the one in use is kept in my medicine cabinet at room

temperature and by my reckoning this should be ok
