Guest guest
Sky: I also have never figured out how to use these. To me they are too watery to be of any real use. Of course I don't care for a sweet taste anyway. cappie Greater Boston Area T-2 10/02 9/04 A1c: 5.3 Mod 100 carb diet, walking, Metformin. Guest guest
Forgot to say I don't bake or drink coffee either so I really don't know how one would use these. I've had a bottle in the frig for over a year & only tried it once (used rasberry with pureed fresh rasberries to make a slush for freezing. It was ok nothing special.) cappie Greater Boston Area T-2 10/02 9/04 A1c: 5.3 Mod 100 carb diet, walking, Metformin. Guest guest
I can see adding them to SF jello to intensify the flavor. My palate finds no difference between cherry, strawberry, etc jellos; they all taste red. If you use SF pudding, you can replace some of the liquid with syrup. After I went to the site and saw all the flavors I was astounded. It was a while since I last was there and they have added so much to the line. Imagine vanilla pudding with toasted marshmallow, or caramel, or, well I could go on and on. Tho, I have been using them in decaf coffee, when I have it. Guest guest
CJ: it is rasberry which I bought to use with pureed rasberries to make a frozen slush. It was ok nothing special, never made it again. I find these syrups are too watery to be of much use really. ps I hate chilli, curry & most hot spicy foods. cappie Greater Boston Area T-2 10/02 9/04 A1c: 5.3 Mod 100 carb diet, walking, Metformin.
