I was taking 3 1/2 grains when I started adrenal support. I didn't drop my

Armour dosage down...but was nervous about getting hyper. I didn't...but in

the last few days (after a few weeks on Delta) I did decide to drop to just 3

grains i feel the same...and still no hyper.

I started on the Armour back around the end of February. And I started the

Delta the end of June...so I'd been on Armour 4 months...and at the 3 1/2 about

a month or so. I really haven't had any hyper stuff at all. But I think

everybody is individual on this. The Delta kicked in for me about the 5th

day...where I could really tell a difference. I think I would have been fine

dropping down a grain a day for a while...but i didn't....and everything worked

out

okay.

I can remember being really scared about a hyper fit coming on me. And maybe

it still will. But I also know I've has Hashi's for a long time...and I'm

probably gonna need at least 3 grains...so...so far, okay.

Don't know if this helps...it can be a trial and error sometimes. There was

a lady on the thyroid board who did get hyper for about two days...but she

stopped taking Armour for those two days...and then started back at a lower

dosage.

Very funny ! I just have to try to remember that it IS he that

is losing his mind, not me.

This helps a lot, just to know how other people manage it. I know

it is trial and error, but I am trying to minimize my error! LOL I

have been trying to get healthy intensely for about 4 years, and

have made a lot of mistakes along the way.

I think I will observe how I feel on the Armour for a couple more

days, and then decide about the adrenal help. I also feel like

everything doesn't fall into place right away, and some symptoms are

transient. So I will have to see. And I will have to stay away

from talking to my doctor.
