I buy bactrim from a pharmacy in Mexico and they ship it to me. I keep some on

hand all the time just in case.

But if I was in your position and did not want to order online I would go to the

clinic and ask for a supply to keep on hand so you don't have to run to the

ferry every time you get an infection.

, you should really try the non allergenic food

thing for your IC for a week or two and I bet you'll

find it all goes away in time.

Bactrim is one of the standard treatments for ic. My doctor told me it is the

treatment of choice. You can get information about it at:

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/uspdi/202781.html

However it is a sulfa drug and some people are allergic to it. I am not.
