Vitamin B deficiency

Hello everyone, I recently had quite a successful clearing of my skin from

a bad flare up by adding to my protocol a SUBLINGUAL Coenzymate B Complex

50 from Source Naturals. I started taking one after each meal. Now I take

less than that. B vitamins are not stored in our bodies and we get

deficient by stress, genstics, stc. They are crucial for the conversion of

proteins that we eat from toxic substances such as ammonia into building

blocks the body uses. If we are low on the B vitamins, guess what? Those

toxins are eliminated by our skin-often being ou faces where the

circulation is good and the skin is thin.

If I can get this message succesfully on, I will add a more

complete picture of other important things to do to assist this process,

ie. taking milk thistle-dandelion tincture 1-3 X's aday to help detox the

liver ( doesn't handle the extra toxins from the incomplete digestion

process so well.)
