The largest dose/pill I've found in a " walk-in " store (GNC) is 2.5mg, &

that's in what they call " Women's Formula " , not the regular Biotin which was

300mcg

(0.3mg). Pretty expensive there too.

I've found Biotin in 5mg dose/pill @ iherb.com. I chose " Jarrow " brand, but

there are a couple of others available there.

I've had excellent service from them. No financial interest, just satisfied

customer.

, T2, etc...

Where? I've only found Biotin in mcg (microgram) dosages.

The Vitamin Shoppe sells their own brand of 5 mg biotin in the store, or at

least in my local store. It's a good price too. Their products, in general,

seem pretty good, but the prices at iherb are usually better and iherb always

gets stuff to me in 2 days with postage charge. I use the walk in stores when

I want to try something new or because they have a particular mixture I like -

vitamin shoppe has a high gamma E that has everything the way I want it.
