Guest guest
.... and it only gets worse. I live in a relatively nice suburban area and tonight the kid across the street pulled a gun on my neighbor and I witnessed the whole thing. I had to go to the station to give a statement. Right now every last nerve I had is raw. Does it ever end? Hugs, Tigger Re: Having a hard time... Hi, Tigger, Well, you've certainly been through alot! Looks like you're bound to have tired adrenals! So sorry for what you've been through. in Va. I guess all I can say is.... " ditto. " This is an amazing group of people. I, too, have wondered when the stress would let up. I went from losing my Father then my Mother 18 months later, leaving my home in New Hampshire and moving in with my brother and his wife for 3 years. Finally buying my own home and working my butt off to keep it. Two very abusive jobs to finding a job that I love but is very stressful. Then in 2002 I had gastric by-pass surgery -- which I now regret because it has made me sicker, I filed for bankruptcy, left my job to work for a " friend " but he didn't have the money to pay me, went to work for his sister making $150 a week less (net) than I was at my old job, then early last year went back to my old job (thank goodness, medical coverage and more money), and then finding out last year that I have fibro and chronic fatigue. Now my question is this.... is it just fibro and chronic fatigue, or is the thyroid raising havoc and the adrenals? From reading here, I tend to think the thyroid and adrenals are not helping matters. I can't get a doc to work with me with this because my labs come back " borderline " . At least that's what they tell me. My TSH was 3.3 and I can't remember what the others were. I do know that I had a lot of inflammation at the time because my SED rate was quite high. Anyway, honey, we can relate, commiserate, have empathy and wish you all the best, but no one can walk in your exact shoes. I wish we could to lighten your load. That's one of the reasons I come here. People who really do understand. Great big hugs, Tigger

Guest guest
I'm o.k. The kid is still in jail, but I hope he doesn't get released soon. I am afraid of retaliation because he's just plain nuts as far as I'm concerned. I start my vaction on 8/14 and I'll be glad to get away for a few days. Going to visit some old friends who take very good care of me. Hugs, Tigger Re: Having a hard time./.. Oh, my Tigger! THat stress certainly doesn't help your adrenals.
