Guest guest
and all, My son's surge in the last few weeks has been nothing short of incredible. I have to say, this was even more significant than when we started him on ProEFA when he was three. My son all of a sudden can write his name (among a bunch of other letters), draw a stick figure, has friends coming out the woodwork, is cooperatively playing with kids (!!!), is talking totally on topic, and the list goes on. The most significant thing for us is that he is much happier and so much better behaved. I really think that when speech/language improves, it has a secondary effect on overall development. Then again, maybe it is the EFAs directly contributing to all these other areas of growth. I can't imagine a surge happening this quickly (in matter of weeks) would just be due to my son's natural progression (maturity) but then again maybe I am wrong. I can't wait to increase again later on to see what happens! Tricia Morin North Carolina wrote: <<Tricia we missed your update on too?!! Boy we are slacking! Perhaps you are correct it is all normal for us now to hear about the surges once on ProEFA or another good oil. For those of you who don't know who Tricia is she is one of the many moderators of this grouplist among many other great ways she helps outreach to help others! And this is a poem written about her son by Hoffmann M.A., CCC-SLP, President of the Missouri Speech Language Hearing Association http://www.cherab.org/information/silentnomore.html Well I know for you guys I'll be with you to celebrate success when you come to Florida - I'd love to be your tour guide to the parks!! And speaking of Shrek who I just brought up -very funny multisensory movie they have at Universal. For anyone coming in the next few weeks Universal is having Mardi Gras which is really lots of fun and music with New Orleans's parade floats and beads and everything. Guest guest
Hey Tricia - You are very rarely wrong - I think your son is doing so well because of the EFA's and the incredible mother he has who trusts her instincts and fights for her children so they get they best they deserve. You are an inspiration to us all!! RE: [ ] Re: Big news gone unnoticed! Hooray ! and all, My son's surge in the last few weeks has been nothing short of incredible.
