Its where they lightly poke I think its 18 spots on your body and if they are all sensitive then you have Fibromyalgia. Getting knots like that, is a sign of Fibro....At least, that is how they figured mine out, cause I had a couple of knots in my back and leg. It might be something you want to check out...
