Guest guest
I'm so sorry you're not seeing any improvements yet. (Maybe by now? I hope.) Have you read Dr. Rind's site?(www.drrind.com). Somewhere there, he mentions a sporadic temperature pattern with adrenal problems. And yeah, low blood sugar is related to the adrenals somehow too. Too long a gap in between meals is stressful to your body, I guess you already know. Maybe you could set an alarm clock or the timer on your stove to remind you to eat? I don't know about the 30 mg. dose. Hopefully, someone will know. in Va. Summer is FLYING by! ----- Hi , thanks for thinking about me <g> No, I can't say there has been any improvement. Been checking my temps everyday and it is very wierd. For example, Friday basal was 97.2 but by 9am had gone down to 96.5, at noon back up to 97.2. Basal this morning was 97.1 Still getting this internal shaking, I think it might be low blood sugar so I am going to try eating small meals or snacks every 3 hours. I never really feel hungry so by the time I realise that it is time to eat I've gone too long without food (although I do eat regularly breakfast, lunch and dinner - just that sometimes there's too long a gap in between) I still can't understand why I can't get my temp up, I increased the h/c to 30mg at the beginning of last week and it doesn't seem to be doing the job. I don't know how long it is safe to stay on this dose, anyone know?? Lynda (in the UK) where summer seems to have passed us by
