Yes, definitely. Some don't have a problem. But I believe it is suggested to

take with

food because it can be hard on the gastro system

Hi

I am not taking it with meals, mostly mid morning. Take the Armour

first thing and eat breakfast after an hour or so. Is it better to

take h/c with food?
