Guest guest
is milk thistle a digestive enzyme/ aid? i think from all thats been said that might be my best bet, how often and when are you meant to take it? Should i do it during a chelatiion? Also does anyone in the UK know much about where you can get low level dmsa without prescription just incase i decide to include it.My intake now provisioalaly stands at ALA every three hours, four days on/off One each morning multigenics optimummulti vitamin mineral plan with Bioflavonoids. I haven't had a hair test the only 'medical' help i have recieved is from my kinesiologyst. Kinesiology is not reliable and does not give you the same numerical input. --- TK > > Adam

There are loads of others though. No I don't know anyone I could recommend as I'm not aware of any who would be knowledgeable enough in this area of mercury toxicity. I'm having my hair test done through Mineral Check (01622 630444)....they send off to Trace Elements in the U.S. Anne
