Well...this is the first time I've heard this one...who is keeping the list

of stupid things docs say?

Christie,

For sure you are going to need some T3 to feel better. And Armour would be

the best for you. Synthroid seems to have its own bad side effects. Armour

has no bad side effects.

The main thing is to make sure your doctor isn't dosing you by your TSH. She

should be looking at your Free T4 and Free T3 levels. Get your Free T4 to

mid to upper range and Free T3 to upper range or slightly over.

Mostly...treat by symptoms. You can feel better...but you must have the

proper medication and enough of it.

Don't give up hope..but I think you're going to have to take matters in your

own hands if you want to get better Many here order from Mexico or elsewhere

and self-medicate. You may not want to do that...but i think you should

INSIST your doctor give you some T3 or switch you to Armour.
