Guest guest
, it was Jamy who alerted me to phosphatidyl serine. It is supposed to reduce cortisol levels which is why you take it at night - makes sense as high cortisol keeps you awake. I haven't looked back since, in fact I think I would be scared to stop taking it! Lynda ----- Original Message ----- From: astrodiana Lynda - you've always been a really rough one to figure out with your troble sleeping..so to me, that means this phosphaseradine (sp?) must be something we can all use! I will get it for my sons, because I sleep like the dead (and always have). I am going to read up on it and see what all it is good for. Guest guest
Hi, Cindi, Yes, it's fine to take together. The only thing is if you take your Armour an hour before food, as it's directed, and your adrenal med. causes stomach discomfort without food, you might want to take them separately. Just take your Armour, wait an hour and take your adrenal meds with breakfast. However, I didn't have trouble not eating with the Cortef. So I took mine together an hour before eating but drank plenty with it. Some say you can take your Armour with food, if you just do it the same way every day. Personal preference, I guess. in Va. Since the Delta is time-released....it's not a problem with absorption with the thyroid meds...but I don't know about the other stuff....but for some reason I'm thinking it's okay to take adrenal support with the thyroid stuff. somebody? (I wanted to respond sooner but this computer has spells when it won't type some letters and the " enter " key won't work. So I get behind.
