Guest guest
Debbie: Although I don't yet have an "official" diagnosis, my burning pain/swelling/discoloration began in my feet and now extends to just above my knee. It began a few days post-op cervical spinal surgery. The best way I can describe it is it feels like my legs are being dipped in boiling oil. I've had disabling headaches and neck pain for almost three years following a back injury, so I don't know if I'm considered still in the early stage or not. I'm still trying to get my brain around RSD as a possible diagnosis. S.
Guest guest
- Welcome. You might want to look into s Hopkins in Baltimore. If that's too far for you to travel, they could likely make a recommendation for a doc in the DC area. Where are you? I used to live in Fairfax County and also have a niece and nephew in andria. Guest guest
Well my momma and her family all raised and born about 20 minutes outside Virginia Beach in Back Bay Virginia and no Barbara, you hide any accent other than the Yankee one. Of course ya'll know that when born and raised in Texas, perhaps being 7 miles from Mexico and 40 from Gulf, and that you can drive 1100 miles north and still be in Texas, that everyone outside of that state is Yankee, and heck I went and married one and absolutely love living in eastern Iowa and would go back anytime could. So a really mixed emotion when comes to Southern and Yankee........I don't think I have accent though like a Southern one as lived in Iowa to long. How about it Barbara? Don't you think I sound sort of Midwestern? Gee now not one person is to get upset at me or anyone else just because I was raised with idea that Texas is the only state that matters, I learned better after moved to Iowa but you know most people think their home-state is the best. Hugs? Please, s Momma JoAnn Re: Re: Docs in DC area Just thought I should add that you'd never know that I had ever lived anywhere remotely near Virginia fi you haread me speak. Ask JoAnn......She'll vouch for the fact that I sound like a born and raised New Englander. BarbaraAlwayzLoRi@... wrote: Barbara, I didn't know you used to live there, I grew up in Fairfax County!
