Guest guest
Ways To More Water Tired of hearing about getting those 8 to 12 glasses of water? Even more exhausted by the thought of drinking them? Here are some sipping strategies that can make it go down easier: "I freeze jugs of water and put one on the kitchen counter when I start the day. It seems easier to drink the water when it's so cold and it's always on the kitchen counter."--Julee "I drink 4 (16.9 oz) sports bottles of water each day, but I often forget how many I've had. So, when I get up in the morning, I fill my bottle and put 3 rubber bands on it. Each time I fill it after that, I take off 1 of the rubber bands."--Grandma52 "I keep a gallon jug in the fridge filled with nice cold water and I don't go to bed 'til it's gone!"--Ally "I buy canned, flavored no-calorie seltzer for easy grabbing on the run so there is no excuse not to have my water in the car. I just grab some cans and some blue ice and pack a cooler."--Marilyn ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
