Okay , Take your thumb and put it under your chin on one side leaving

the front of your chin uncovered put your other fingers together and put them

on the other side, just under your chin. The very front area under your chin

should not be covered. But your fingers should be resting on 2 of you

submandibular glands. I'll try and send you a picuture after while.

I am sick today, I think I have the flu, and yes I got a flu shot. : )
