Your Messages are bouncing

Hey gang, I don't know if everyone knows what this means when you get this message, I know I didn't for a very long time.. and when I first started bouncing, I didn't know what to do to fix it.....

This is not a big deal, but you get reminder messages everyday saying your bouncing, and that would be because some wonderful *snicker* moderator like Darlene, myself or one of the others have sent you this reminder, this is one of duties as a moderator... so don't freak out or anything... its just one of us..... Now all this means is your email addy address is full....and No more messages can possibly fit into your allowed space.. so if you get you Neurosarcoidosis messages to a specific email addy and it is bouncing you need to clear/delete some old messages so that you won't continue getting these reminders......
