I think I WILL start down that slope and I'm still trying hard to get some sort of control and get numbers a bit lower. 2. Actually I have the recipe in at least three (Southern) cookbooks! Rick, would it be okay to just post this to the list at large? (it would simplify matters on this end for me, if I could.)
