Two reasons I won't do that for Thanksgiving. 1. I think I WILL start down

that slope and I'm still trying hard to get some sort of control and get

numbers a bit lower. 2. They're going to have a housefull of folks, all

visiting from another state, so it'll be bedlam. I'd just as soon pass on that.

Okay, Let me find it. (the recipe). We have recently moved and the books are

kind of in a jumble still. Actually I have the recipe in at least three

(Southern) cookbooks!

Rick, would it be okay to just post this to the list at large? (it would

simplify matters on this end for me, if I could.)
