Guest guest Posted February 7, 2000 Report Share Posted February 7, 2000 YEAH,WHOOPEE,HURRAY!!!I did not want to make the parents who chose surgery feel badly when I posted on Parents Place,so I di not express all of my jubilation.I absolutely can not believe the change in his feet in 10 short days.I really can't believe it ,it is so amazing.WHAT A WONDERFUL MAN!I was happy to see the 2 doctors from NYU there ,the Chief of Pediatric Surgery no less.He was very excited about Dr.Ponseti's method.He said, " I am not going to be able to sleep tonight " out of excitement.He said we have been doing it wrong all this time,in reference to the manipulation before casting.It was such a wonderful day.We decided to stay today as Henry has a little cold and it seems like Sunday's trip exasperated it a bit. Thanks to all of you for the information and encouragement you gave to get us here. Theresa it was lovely to meet you and your precious little son.
