My dermotologist recently(long story) put me on plaquenil and it is making a huge difference in the lesions. Not they are totally going away but they are headed there. I've lived with the lesions just like yours for 5 years now so getting help really was God given. If you want I could send you pictures of mine. They are on my cheeks, nose, ears, breast, shoulders, forehead, and a couple of them are behind my ears. Do yours ever go away? Mine haven't like I said till I got medications. Please let me know.
