Guest guest
HI Ivette, Sorry to hear you have Herpes hon.... but many times Herpes is overlooked or misdiagnosed just as it had been for you and unfortunately too many look for other treatments, some making it even worse, for instance if one were to use a steroid that would aggravate it even more or those damn yeast meds as well. Anyway you'll come to learn that it's not that big deal 'eventually' and most of the time you'll be able to keep it dormant or undercontrol. You will, you'll see. Plus there's a very high % of people who carry it and have NO idea they do since they don't have symptoms. Hon here's one of the very best articles "I've" ever read that explains herpes as well as the social mores, so I hope it helps. It's really long else I'd put it here, *grin* but I do hope you read it and realize that Herpes is Herpes it's just the location choice (between 1 & 2) and where it decides to reside, yet we don't put a social stigma on people who have Herpes 1 or oral cold sores, but they're both herpes. Here's that link http://www.herpes.com/hsv1-2.html and I do hope it helps ease your mind a bit hon.. I know it's devastating to hear but much better than having V pain that goes on for years without relief.*smile* so you hang in there and I promise you that life can be normal. My own daughter & son in law have it and they rarely have an outbreak and life is completely normal. Hugs Dee~
