Guest guest Posted June 12, 2003 Report Share Posted June 12, 2003 , The deep under the skin itching is sure familiar. That is almost a given with Lupus. The white patches, I don't know. Could be impiligo...or a vitamin deficiency. It means you are losing melanin (coloring agents) in your skin. You might need to see a dermatologist. Good luck.
